Reservation Policies

  • • At the time of booking, we require a valid credit card to guarantee all room accommodation, plus a $100.00 per night per room deposit.

  • Compulsory taxes will be added.

  • Rates are subject to change without notice.

  • Off Season - Our room reservation cancellation policy is 3 days prior to arrival. Cancellation needs to be made 3 days prior to arrival in order to obtain a refund of the deposit. Should cancellation occur within the 3 days of arrival, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Early departure from The Little Inn is subject to remaining room nights and taxes.

  • Summer Terms & Conditions - All reservations booked on a holiday weekend or a weekend in July and August require a two night minimum stay. Friday/Saturday or a Saturday/Sunday. Any early departures from the Inn will result in all remaining charges to be paid in full. Cancellation for July and August is one week prior to arrival date. Should cancellation occur within the week of arrival any deposit paid is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of cancellation reason.
